  6.      The Flash File Recovery is shareware. This means:

  8.        - PANTERASoft.Com exclusively owns all copyrights 
  9.          to Flash File Recovery.
  10.  
  11.        - Anyone may use this software during a test 
  12.          period of 30 days. Following this test period 
  13.          of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue 
  14.          to use Flash File Recovery, you MUST register.
  15.  
  16.        - Once registered, the user is granted a 
  17.          non-exclusive license to use Flash File Recovery on 
  18.          one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal 
  19.          purpose, at a time.  The registered Flash File Recovery 
  20.          software may not be rented or leased but may be 
  21.          permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  22.          it agrees to terms of this license.  If the 
  23.          software is an update, the transfer must include 
  24.          the update and all previous versions.

  26.        - The Flash File Recovery unregistered shareware version 
  27.          may be freely distributed, if the distribution 
  28.          package is not modified. No person or company may 
  29.          charge a fee for the distribution of Flash File Recovery 
  30.          without written permission from the copyright holder.

  32.        - Flash File Recovery IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY 
  33.          OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR 
  34.          OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  35.          LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  36.          LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  43.          use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
  44.          of this license and may result in criminal and/or
